15-inch large-capacity carrier tape reels can load up to 20,000 components, perfectly suitable for mass production.
Carrier tape acts as the core carrier within the automatic packaging system for electronic components. Custom-designed for high-speed SMT placement machines, it delivers precise and stable component feeding solutions. Manufactured from high-precision engineering plastics, the tape is arranged with equally spaced pockets on its surface to hold various types of electronic components.
When matched with cover tape, carrier tape forms fully enclosed packaging. It reliably protects electronic components from static electricity, moisture, dust and mechanical damage throughout transportation, storage and assembly procedures. Standard dimensions and accurately fabricated sprocket holes enable seamless compatibility with automated equipment, significantly lifting overall production efficiency.
We supply carrier tapes in multiple reel sizes: 7-inch, 13-inch and 15-inch, catering to diverse component loading capacity demands. They are extensively used in the automated production of integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, chip resistors, chip capacitors and other electronic components.
