Q2: Can you supply the samples?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples if we have the mold (or tooling). If not, the mold cost and shipping cost should be on the customers' account.
Q3: How can you ensure the quality?
A: We have a professional QC department to guarantee quality. We strictly implement ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, SGS, RoHs, PPAP, MSDS etc. We can create part drawings for your confirmation and send samples for additional verification.
Q4: What is the MOQ?
A: For high value products, our MOQ starts from 1000-10000 pieces. For other low value products, our MOQ starts from 20,000 pieces. We are open to accepting trial orders before initiating mass production.
Q5: How about the transportation?
A: You can choose any mode of transportation you want: sea delivery, air delivery, or door-to-door express.
Q6: How to place order and make payment?
A: You can send us a Purchase order (if your company has one), or simply send a confirmation by email or TradeManager. We will send you a Proforma Invoice with our bank details. Paypal and L/C are available for your confirmation, then you can make payment accordingly.
