Hot-dip galvanizing involves reacting molten zinc with iron substrate to create a durable alloy layer. The process includes pickling to remove surface oxides, cleaning in specialized solutions, and immersion in hot-dip plating bath for uniform coating with strong adhesion.
Standard packaging includes inner waterproof paper, outer galvanized steel protection, side guard plates, and secure wrapping with seven steel belts. Custom packaging available upon request. Export markets include Europe, Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America, and North America.
