Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
Hot-dip galvanizing involves reacting molten zinc with an iron substrate to create an alloy layer that permanently bonds the substrate and coating. The process includes pickling to remove surface oxides, cleaning in specialized solutions, and immersion in the hot-dip bath, resulting in uniform coating, strong adhesion, and extended service life.
