Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet & Coil
Hot-dip galvanizing involves reacting molten metal with an iron substrate to create an alloy layer that bonds the substrate and plating layer. The process includes pickling to remove iron oxide, followed by cleaning in ammonium chloride or zinc chloride solutions before immersion in the hot-dip plating bath. This method provides uniform coating, strong adhesion, and extended service life.

Galvalume Steel Features
Galvalume steel (Aluminum-Zinc Alloy Coated Steel) contains 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon solidified at 600°C. This creates a compact quaternary crystal alloy structure with excellent corrosion resistance, providing a normal service life of up to 25 years. It maintains heat resistance up to 315°C, offers excellent paint adhesion, and provides superior processing performance for punching, shearing, and welding applications.
