Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
Our hot-dip galvanizing process involves reacting molten zinc with the iron substrate to create a durable alloy layer. The process includes pickling to remove surface oxides, followed by cleaning in specialized solutions before immersion in the galvanizing bath. This ensures uniform coating, strong adhesion, and extended service life.
