4. If I have some technical problem, how can you help us to solve it?
Firstly, we have lots of teaching video to help you install machine . and then we have engineer to use the Teamviewer and Anydesk to help you finish . Most of engineer have been in our factory for more than 5 years. we are sure you could get best reliable service.
5. Once there is something need to replace, what can I do?
We supply all the spare parts for the printer. If any part is broken, we will fix it or send you new parts after users send back
the broken ones. We suggest that users order spare parts package for long time maintenance and fast replacement.
6. Can we send our technician to your factory for training?
Yes, you are warmly welcome to visit us for free training.

8. How about Warranty?
13 months warranty for our machines. During warranty period, we will send free parts for replacement (circuit boards) while broken parts should be sent back.

Yes, we can. we can support lots of special design model according to your request. Also for OEM model.
10. How can assemble and install the machine myself?
Our packaging contains a complete set of installation tutorials, text and video manuals to help you master the machine.
