7.Processing Procedure
Aluminum top-hung window: blanking - assembly angle - glue - EPDM sealing strip - weather strip -installing glass bead and glass -installing hinge - installing handle lock and transmission rod / ”7” handle lock
8.Quality Control
Quality inspection:
1. Raw material quality testing: the color, thickness and strength of profiles will be checked after the profiles arrive at the factory. After the glass to the factory, the color and thickness of the glass will be checked again, and the sealing performance of hollow glass will be checked. Hardware color will be checked and tests how well the hardware works.
2. In the production process, there will be special quality inspectors to check each process of production.
3. After the product is finished, the group corner, sealing, size, use effect and so on will be tested

Q1: All these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A: Yes, all doors and windows are finished with frames and hardware together, you can just install to the wall.
Q2: The glass will be broken after I received the goods?
A: The glass would be broken only because suffering from the impact force, but it won’t break itself.
Q3: UPVC/PVC and aluminum profile, which is better?
A: It cannot say which one is better, they have both advantages.UPVC/PVC is good performance for sound and heat insulation.Aluminum is harder and strong for security. Aluminum also have thermal break profile to insulate heat.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: Usually we accept T/T, 30% down payment and pay off balanced payment before shipping. If you want to pay by L/C or west union we also can accept now.
Q5: How about your delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on your order quantity, some special color need long time get material.
But usually the delivery time is around 10-15days for common color and profile.
Q6. What about your packages ?
A. Inner EPE paper packing, exterior with wooden frame crate box.We have been exporting lots of products overseas, no any clients make any complains on our packages.
