Industrial spiral wound cylindrical brushes (also called coil brushes/rotary brushes) are spring-like external winding brushes, made by winding straight metal backing channel strips. With standard nylon filament and metal channel, they provide 360-degree continuous surface contact, ideal for continuous industrial processes. Suitable for cleaning, polishing, deburring, conveyor maintenance, surface treatment and product moving/guiding on automated lines. Nylon bristles offer good wear resistance and flex recovery for mild to moderate tasks. Other materials are customizable.
