1.Medical waste is pre-wet by a water spray system 2.Water - cooled microwave generator is used,cooling medium is antifreeze 3.The door of microwave disinfection equipment adopts conductive sealing strip + anti-flow groove double sealing structure and is equipped with an interlock system to prevent microwave leakage 4.The inner liner and the inner side of the door are made of 304 stainless steel,which is durable 5.Equipped with a special garbage can made of PTFE material, which has good wave permeability and can be disinfected together with the garbage can 6.Equipped with waste gas treatment device, including high efficiency filter, activated carbon filter, high efficiency filter used to deal with the microorganisms contained in the waste gas, filter particle size 0.2μm, can filter out almost all microorganisms, activated carbon filter for deodorization. |
Medical waste microwave disinfection equipment is a kind of
medical waste disinfection equipment using the dual function of
microwave and steam, the equipment first make water
prehumidification to medical waste , use microwave thermal effect
to heat prehumidified water to generate steam and medical waste
containing polar molecules at the same time, and then by the
sensitivity of bacteria to temperature sterilization, microwave also
has non-thermal effect.Non-thermal effect refers to other microbe
killing effects except thermal effect, which is the unique effect of
microwave sterilization. The heating process of the equipment is
also the process of disinfection. The disinfection room is kept for 45
minutes after reaching 95 degrees or above to complete
disinfection.
