Mobile Medical Waste Microwave Treatment Equipment system is composed of feeding system, crushing system, microwave disinfection system, discharge system, steam supply system, waste gas collection system, electrical distribution system, etc.

This equipment can handle medical waste such as medical infection, injury and pathology, and carry out harmless disposal of medical waste. Microwave disinfection treatment system is an integrated equipment, the equipment at least by automatic feeding unit, airtight bin unit, multi-function airtight crushing unit, negative pressure pumping unit, microwave disinfection sterilization bin unit, microwave generator unit, steam heating system, discharging unit, automatic control unit, waste gas treatment unit 10 units and alarm system.
The process of microwave disinfection of medical waste:
1.The medical waste in the medical waste turnaround box is transported to the Medical Waste Disposal Centre by the medical waste transfer truck and unloaded into the standard garbage bin in the medical waste feeding area;
2.The automatic feeding module automatically sends the medical waste in the standard garbage can to the closed bin;
3.The automatic feeding module and the closed cover plate of the closed bin gang control, and the medical waste automatically enters the multifunctional closed crushing module through the closed bin.
4.The multifunctional crushing module is pumped with the negative pressure inside the closed bin to prevent the spillover of harmful substances.
5.Multifunctional crushing module breaks and reduces the internal medical waste into small pieces of medical waste (about 5cm in size);Small pieces of medical waste automatically enter the spiral microwave sterilization chamber;
6.with homogenizing module in the Spiral microwave sterilization warehouse,the small piece of medical waste mixed thoroughly in the spiral microwave disinfection and sterilization chamber;
7.equipped with microwave disinfection treatment unit in the spiral microwave disinfection and sterilization warehouse ,that can generate electromagnetic wave of corresponding frequency wavelength;
8.the steam heating system is set next to the microwave sterilization chamber, and the high-temperature pressure steam is sent to the microwave sterilization chamber through the steam pipe;with the interaction of high temperature pressure steam and electromagnetic wave of corresponding frequency wavelength, complete the disinfection and sterilization of medical waste .
9.The temperature in the spiral microwave disinfection and sterilization warehouse is more than 95ºC, and the disinfection time of medical waste is more than 45 minutes.
10.The medical waste in the spiral microwave disinfection and sterilization warehouse adopt the way of screw conveyor propulsion, so that the medical waste can be rotated and stirred while advancing, so that the medical waste can be heated and sterilized evenly, can achieve the optimal sterilization effect.After sterilization, the medical waste residue is discharged by automatic discharge spirasystem.
