Tea beverage is tea soup that the tea leave is soaked by water, extracted, filtered and classified or the product that is processed by putting water, sugar solution, acidity regulator, food flavor and juice or plant extracting liquid into the tea soup. Tea beverage makes extracting liquid, tea powder, condensed liquid of the tea leaf as the material. It has the particular flavor of tea leaf, contains natural tea polyphenol and caffenine and has the function of nutrition and heath protection. It is a multifunctional beverage.

The Herbal Tea Beverage production line is composed of four sections:

1) Water Treatment Section

Pool---Quartz Sand Filter---Active Carbon Filter---Mechanical Filter---One Stage Reverse Osmosis---Ultraviolet Sterilization---Sterile Storage

2) Raw Material Treatment Section:

Tea Leaf---leaching---Rough Filter---Classification Treatment

3) Blending Standardization Section

Blending---Filter---High Temperature Sterilization---Asepsis Storage---Filling

4) CIP Cleaning Section:
