Refrigerated Milk Silos with Agitator and Level Indicationmeter Silo for Milk Storage

Milk silo is a stainless steel container used for outdoor low-temperature storage of fresh milk. Through the insulation structure of the inner wall and outer shell of the silo and the intermittent mixing of the high-speed propeller stirrer in the tank, the low-temperature fresh milk (≤5°C) entering the silo is stored for 24 hours, and the temperature rise does not exceed 2°C , Fat does not rise. It is widely used in pastures and dairy factories to store fresh milk.

Structural features:

1. This equipment adopts a cylindrical double shell structure. The parts of the bladder in the silo that contact the material are made of 304-2B board, and the outer skin is made of 304-2B board or coated corrugated board. The specific situation is determined according to user requirements.

2. The side of the milk silo is equipped with a climbing ladder, and the top is equipped with stainless steel guardrail (and walking platform), breathing tube, tank body and breathing tube cleaning ball, drain bowl and high-level tuning fork.

3. The lower part of the silo body is equipped with an indoor working silo, equipped with an oval manhole, stirring device, digital display thermometer, liquid level tuning fork, sampling valve, and stirring device for cleaning.

4. Fill the foamed polyurethane insulation material between the inner and outer walls of the warehouse
