Rotational Molding Process
Rotational molding (rotomolding) is an advanced manufacturing process for creating hollow plastic products. Plastic powder is loaded into the mold, which is then heated and rotated along two perpendicular axes. The material gradually coats the mold interior through gravity and heat, melting and adhering to form the desired shape. After cooling, the finished product is demolded.
