Product Overview
The Zig Zag Portable Plastic Washing Recycling Machine with HDPE Air Separator is designed for efficient label removal and material separation in plastic recycling operations. This portable air separator effectively removes PE, PP, HDPE, LDPE, and PVC labels from plastic flakes and caps with high processing efficiency.
Working Principle
Air is blown through the separation channel from bottom to top. Light materials are carried by the airflow upward into the cyclone and through the rotary sack to the next conveyor. Heavy materials cannot be carried by the airflow and fall through the separator base for discharge.
