PET Plastic Bottle Label Remover Machine

Working Principle
Bottles are fed into the machine and transported through a shaft equipped with 116 alloy blades arranged in a spiral configuration. These blades systematically strip labels from the bottles, which are then separated from the removed labels in a dedicated separation chamber. Labels are expelled via fan suction while cleaned bottles proceed to subsequent processing stages.
