Industrial Electrocoagulation Wastewater Treatment System
High-efficiency electrocoagulation water treatment machinery designed for comprehensive industrial wastewater purification. This advanced system effectively treats various wastewater sources including plastic recycling effluent, domestic sewage, factory discharge, and institutional wastewater.
System Components & Process Flow
The complete treatment plant includes multiple integrated components working in sequence:
- Wastewater adjustment pond with chemical dosing (sulfuric acid and PAC)
- Reaction tank with PAC and PAM addition
- Air flotation tank for solid-liquid separation
- Separation water tank
- Sand filter tower
- Carbon filter tower
- Sludge tank
- Plate frame filter press
Pre-treatment includes a large sump with screening system to filter residue before water enters the main treatment process.
