This horizontal plastic PET PE PP Bottle flakes Centrifuge Dryer/Dewatering Machine/Spin Dryer machine is mainly used for drying the washed rigid plastic materials such as PET PE PP HDPE ABS PC bottle flakes and so on. Wash material with high speed to remove the drain out of the water, the material Moisture 2%.
Features & Advantages:
(1) High rotary speed(can reach 1500RPM) ensure the final moisture 2%.
(2) Paddles is sector designed shape for more friction and washing beside dewater.
(3) Rotor, paddles, screen mesh are all made by Stainless steel for durable use.
(4) There is water spray system to clean the mesh.
(5) There is blowing system behind the dewater machine to suck the material into silo storage which save energy.
(6) The cover is easy to open to check and clean the inside.
(7) With the roller bearing fixed outside the machine for long lifespan
