Key System Components
Label Remover Machine
Efficiently removes labels from bottles and separates them from the material stream. Features alloyed steel blades for extended service life, screw-mounted rotors for easy adjustment and replacement, and barrel doors for simplified maintenance access.
Crusher Machine
Specialized PET bottle crusher performs wet grinding to produce high-output PET flakes. Water-cooled operation extends blade life and reduces dust generation. External bearing housing prevents contamination for longer operational lifespan.
Hot Washing Tank
Insulated tank with hot water washing removes oil, glue, and contaminants from PET flakes. Compatible with caustic soda and detergents. Steam heating option available with gas, diesel, petrol, or LPG boilers.
Final Zig-Zag Label Separator
Removes remaining labels from flakes to ensure low PVC content. Features adjustable airflow blower with control valve, stainless steel zig-zag chamber, and plexiglass inspection window.
