Plastic Film Agglomerator for HDPE Recycling
The plastic agglomerator/densifier/compactor machine efficiently processes thermoplastic films and PET fibers with thickness under 2mm into small granules and pellets. This equipment is ideal for recycling soft PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PS, PP, foam PS, PET fibers, and other thermoplastics.
Working Principle
Waste plastic enters the chamber where rotating and fixed knives cut it into smaller chips. Frictional heat during crushing creates a semi-plasticizing state, causing particles to stick together. Cold water spray rapidly cools the material, forming small granules that can be colored with agents during processing.
