Product Overview
This Plastic PP PE Film Agglomerator/Densifier Machine processes thermoplastic films and PET fibers with thickness under 2mm directly into small granules and pellets. Suitable for soft PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PS, PP, foam PS, PET fibers, and other thermoplastics.
Working Principle
Waste plastic enters the chamber where rotating and fixed knives cut it into smaller chips. Frictional heat during crushing creates a semi-plasticizing state, causing particles to stick together. Cold water spray rapidly cools the material, forming small granules of varying sizes that can be colored during processing.
