1.Production description :
| 1. Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction, the non self-propelled and self-propelled dismountable type, is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers. The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class III specified in code for dredging engineering construction technique issued by Ministry of Water Resources(MWR) of P. R. China. |
| 2. It's hull consists of a main pontoon and two side pontoons. Is to be easy to dismantle or mount for transportation by road, rail or water, and is to be easy to reassemble at project site. The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon, the 2 side pontoons serve as fuel bunkers, ballast tanks and store. |
| 3. The dredger is powered by diesel engines. The main diesel engine is to drive the dredge pump and the auxiliary engine is to drive hydraulic system, including cutter, swing and ladder winches, anchor winches, and the spud rams etc. |
| 4. The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, swifts, indicators, gauges are equipped on the control desk. Only one worker can control all the dredger in the operation room. |
| 5. The dredger is painted by 4 layers of marine paint to protect from the corrosion. The ZINC anode can be used to give better anti-corrosion function. |
