Application Guidelines

  1. Surface Preparation: Apply marking lines only after primer has completely dried. Application on wet primer may cause flux penetration and bubble formation.
  2. Material Preparation: Place solid powder paint into melting kneader and stir while heating to 200-210°C. Transfer molten material to marking machine's insulation hopper and maintain temperature.
  3. Application Process: Use pre-marking machine for positioning. Apply primer at designated locations and allow complete drying before applying marking paint.
  4. Glass Bead Application: Apply reflective glass beads simultaneously with marking line application. Optimal reflection occurs when 60-70% of bead diameter sinks into coating film.
  5. Curing Process: Allow coating film to cool naturally for optimal adhesion and trimming. If accelerated cooling is necessary, wait briefly after coating before applying water.
