Application of Thermoplastic Paint:

1. Surface Prep:
  - Clean, dry road surface (asphalt/concrete), free of oil/dust.

2. Heating:
  - Melt at 180–220°C in a pre-heater.
  - Avoid overheating (>230°C) to prevent degradation.
3. Application Methods:

  - Spray: 1.5–2 mm for large areas.
  - Extrusion: 3–6 mm for profiled markings.
