Scope of application

- Road type: suitable for center lines, lane dividers, edge lines, and diversion lines with heavy wheel traffic, well as crosswalks, intersections, parking lots, unlit highways at night, etc.

- Road surface material: adhesion is best on asphalt surfaces, followed by surfaces, and not suitable for sandy soil surfaces, brick-paved surfaces, temporary surfaces, and surfaces planned for expansion within half a year.

Key points of construction

- Road surface treatment: before construction, ensure that the road surface is dry, clean, and free of debris, oil stains, etc., to guarantee the adhesion between the and the road surface.

- Temperature control: the coating heating temperature is generally between 180℃-220℃, and the appropriate temperature should be selected based the type and formula of petroleum resin used in the coating.

- Glass bead spreading: the spreading of glass beads should be uniform and appropriate; excessive or insufficient spreading will affect reflective effect of the marking, and the spreading time must be strictly controlled.
