1. 1.Surface Cleaning

   Ensure the road surface is dry, clean, and free from dust, oil, and water.

   2. Layout Marking

   Mark the guideline according to the construction drawing.

   3. Primer Application

   Apply primer evenly on concrete or old asphalt surfaces for better adhesion.

   4. Heating Process

   Heat the paint in a thermoplastic preheater to 180℃-220℃ while stirring continuously.

   5. Line Marking

   Use a thermoplastic road marking machine to apply the paint evenly and spread reflective glass beads simultaneously.

   6. Natural Cooling

   Allow the marking to cool naturally before reopening traffic.
