FAQ
INSTALLATION & TRAINING TERMS
1) Beijing Graphic International Co Ltd company, hereinafter referred to as Beijing Graphic, provides technical training for the operators. Training content is including training of installation, mechanical operation, and software operation. 2）Once the BUYER and the SELLER confirm the cooperation, the BUYER can send their technician(s) to the SELLER’s factory for the training. 3）Within 15 days after receipt the BUYER’s written notice, the SELLER Beijing Graphic will send the competent engineer(s) for the contract equipment’s installation, commissioning, acceptance test and training for the BUYER’s operators (max. 2 persons) for a total period of 7(seven) working days. The training of machine and software should be done by the SELLER Beijing Graphic The expenses of the SELLER’s technician(s), such as for traveling, accommodation, air tickets, and meal allowance, shall be undertake by the BUYER.
GUARANTEE
The SELLER’s guarantee that the commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first class workmanship, complies in all respects with the quality and specifications stipulated in this contract. 1.Our guarantee is 12 months. 2.Every time our technician is sent to fix any problem of the machine or upgrade the machine, the BUYER shall provide the technician(s) with round trip air tickets, hotel and food. 3.Within 12 months, the SELLER shall dispatch skilled technician(s) to carry out after-sales service in a timely manner with free fixing fee 4.Beyond 12 months, the SELLER will send an engineer in condition time for buyer’s request. The BUYER shall pay fixing fee and salary for the technician(s). It is 150USD per working day per person. 5.Upgrading is free of charge, but the technician cost is on buyer’s side.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE SUPPORT
1) After sales service support procedure is as below: Operator(s) is required to send the documents with pictures and descriptions of the concerns of the machine. Within 24 hours, our technician will make response to the concerns of the machine. 2)We will teach the operator(s) how to find the problem and give them process to resolve the problem. 3) If on line service cannot resolve it, we will send our technician to the BUYER’s site. 4) software: On-line service used as the problem-solving methods, such as Team-viewer, WeChat, WhatsApp, phone call. 5) spare parts: a. Accessories needed, normal operate damage within warranty time, accessories cost is in the SELLER’s side, ship cost is in BUY’s side; If wrong use damage or abnormal damage, all the cost is in BUY’s side. b. We suggest the BUYER prepare some normal spare parts for the quick repair. c. The accessories can be expressed in 3-7 days in the BUYER’s request if its in stock.
