It can also be used to compare the process quality of similar protective layers and products.

Product Characteristic:

• The entire machine is made of imported PP rigid plastic plates, with a solid and robust structure that is resistant to acid and alkali, high temperatures, and corrosion, and never ages. It is suitable for various testing requirements such as neutral salt spray , acetic acid test , copper acetate , and more.
• The plastic precision nozzle and conical spray device are used to make the fog fall evenly and quickly, and the nozzle has a long service life and no crystallization.
• Using LCD touch screen, it can be connected to a computer for remote monitoring and operation, with any language switching between Chinese and English.
• With USB interface, you can plug in a U disk to download curves and historical data (can replace the recorder) (optional)
• Spray time can be controlled internally, without additional time relay
• The flow rate of the salt water and the pressure of the compressed air are regulated by flow meters and high-pressure valves to ensure uniform salt spray deposition.
• The manual water addition system ensures automatic water replenishment when the water level is insufficient, ensuring uninterrupted testing.
