Automatic Cutting Machine AC-100B

Introduction:

AC-100B is a tabletop precision cutting machine with both automatic and manual cutting capabilities. AC-100B cutting machine is composed of body, electric control box, cutting chamber, motor cooling system, cutting grinding wheel and other components. This cutting machine can not only cut circular workpieces with a diameter of less than 100mm, but also can cut rectangular specimens with a height of 100mm and a depth of less than 200mm. The machine cools the sample through the cooling system to prevent the sample from overheating and burning the tissue during the cutting process. This machine can also set the cutting speed for cutting different samples, thereby improving the quality of the cut samples.

This is a versatile cutting machine designed for sectioning circuit boards and a variety of other sample cutting applications, such as metals, fasteners, rocks and ceramics, polymers, composites, electronics, semiconductors, biomaterials, etc. for metallographic tests in colleges, universities, factories and enterprises.
