Installation Guidelines
The sealing part back must be atmospheric. Sealing surface roughness peak-valley value (RT) must not exceed 6.3 microns, while sinking hole bottom roughness peak-valley value (RT) should be approximately 20 to 30 microns (DIN 3142 B5-P4). When surrounding holes are present, proper exhaust channel arrangement is essential.
