Installation Guidelines
The sealing part back must be exposed to atmosphere. Sealing surface roughness peak-to-valley value (RT) must not exceed 6.3 microns, while the counterbore bottom roughness peak-to-valley value (RT) should be approximately 20 to 30 microns (DIN 3142 B5-P4). When peripheral holes are present, proper exhaust channels must be arranged.
