The Hydraulic Star-shaped U-ring MPS Combination U + S Seal is a precision sealing component developed specifically for high-pressure hydraulic systems. It innovatively integrates the bidirectional sealing capability of the U-shaped seal structure with the elastic compensation advantages of the star-shaped S-ring, forming a core design of 'dual sealing + elastic self-adaptation'.

Manufactured from imported high-quality elastomeric materials through precise molding and secondary vulcanization processes, this seal maintains excellent performance under extreme pressure, temperature fluctuations, and complex medium environments. It effectively addresses industry challenges such as wear, leakage, and short service life of traditional sealing components.

• U-shaped main seal layer: Optimized lip angle design automatically adheres to sealing surface under pressure, forming bidirectional sealing barrier that withstands up to 40MPa working pressure
• S-shaped star elastic ring: Embedded inside U-shaped structure, provides continuous elastic compensating force, adapts to minor deformations and wear, reduces friction coefficient and power loss

• Main material composed of PU + NBR with wear-resistant and high-pressure resistant properties
• Excellent tear resistance (≥15kN/m), compression set resistance (≤20%), and temperature resistance range (-30℃~120℃)

• Formed using CNC precision molds with dimensional tolerance controlled within ±0.02mm
• Extensive testing including 24-hour high-temperature aging, 100,000-cycle pressure test, and medium immersion test
