Equipment List

Extruder: High precision and high efficiency extruder is used to heat and melt the pre-treated PET raw materials and extrude them. Extruders usually adopt twin-screw design to improve extrusion efficiency and product quality.

Cooling system: The extruded PET is quickly cooled by a cooling device to fix its shape and prevent deformation.

• Packaging bottles: PET bottles have a wide range of applications, from the initial carbonated beverage bottles to the current beer bottles, edible oil bottles, condiment bottles, medicine bottles, cosmetics bottles, etc.
• Electronic appliances: Used in the manufacture of connectors, coil winding tubes, IC housings, capacitor housings, transformer housings, TV accessories, tuners, switches, timer housings, automatic fuses, motor brackets and relays.
• Auto parts: such as switchboard cover, ignition coil, various valves, exhaust parts, distributor cover, measuring instrument cover, small motor cover, etc. PET material is also used in the manufacture of automotive exterior parts because of its excellent coating, surface gloss and rigidity.
• Mechanical equipment: Manufacture gears, cams, pump housings, belts, motor frames and watch parts. At the same time, PET can also be used to make microwave oven baking sheets, various ceilings, outdoor billboards and models.
