Equipment List

Extruder: A high-precision, high-efficiency extruder is utilized to heat and melt pre-treated PET raw materials, subsequently extruding them. Extruders typically feature a twin-screw design to enhance extrusion efficiency and elevate product quality.

Cooling System: The extruded PET undergoes rapid cooling via a dedicated cooling device, which solidifies its shape and prevents deformation.

Traction and Cutting Device: The cooled PET is drawn to the cutting device, where it is precisely trimmed to a fixed length, ensuring the finished product meets all specified requirements.

Control System: An advanced Siemens control system is implemented to oversee and fine-tune the entire production process in real-time, thereby guaranteeing the production line's stability and product quality.

Application

• Film sheet: used for all kinds of food, medicine, non-toxic and sterile packaging materials; High-grade packaging materials for textiles, precision instruments and electrical components; Electrical insulation materials, capacitor films, flexible printed circuit boards and film switches and other electronic and mechanical fields.
• Packaging bottles: PET bottles have a wide range of applications, from the initial carbonated beverage bottles to the current beer bottles, edible oil bottles, condiment bottles, medicine bottles, cosmetics bottles, etc.
• Electronic appliances: Used in the manufacture of connectors, coil winding tubes, IC housings, capacitor housings, transformer housings, TV accessories, tuners, switches, timer housings, automatic fuses, motor brackets and relays.
• Auto parts: such as switchboard cover, ignition coil, various valves, exhaust parts, distributor cover, measuring instrument cover, small motor cover, etc. PET material is also used in the manufacture of automotive exterior parts because of its excellent coating, surface gloss and rigidity.
