PVC pipe extruder machine/UPVC pipe making machine is mainly used in the manufacturer of the UPVC and PVC pipes with various tube diameters and wall thickness such as agricultural and constructional plumbing, water supply and drain etc. This set is composed of conical twin-screw extruder,vacuum calibration tank, hual-off machine,cutter, stacker etc.
Our machine can produce the PVC pipe with diameter from 16-630mm.
The PVC pipe production line is used to produce PVC water supply and water drainage pipe. Our pvc pipe machine include spiral auto loader, double screw feeder, twin conical screw extruder, specially designed pvc pipe mould, stainaless steel vacuum tank, haul off and non dust cutter. All electric parts are world famous brand to ensure the machine quality and good performance. We are using the latest technology heater which is good for water keeping. The machine advantage is easy operation, low power consumption, high output.
