Warm Tips PH meter has been calibrated before delivery, the buyer does not need to re-calibrate after receiving the goods! In the following cases, the PH meter must be re-calibrated: 1. Not used for a long time; 2. Has been used for a long time after calibration; 3. Special electrode use frequently; 4. The measurement accuracy requirements are relatively high.
HIGH ACCURACY: This pH meter with automatic calibration button can automatically identify standard buffer solution of pH4.01, pH6.86, pH9.18; Automatic Temperature Compensation(ATC) ranges from 0℃ to 60℃ ensure accurate readings. EASY TO OPERATE: Turn ON the meter by pressing ON/OFF, put the meter in the solution then the pH value will be stable in seconds. No more color charts or messy test strips. PORTABLE FOR FIELD: It's pocket-size dimension and 50g weight, is portable to carry and wildey used in water testing. USER'S MANUAL: This meter comes with one detailed instruction and pH calibration method.
Calibration 1. Turn on pH meter 2. Disolve each buffer solution in 250 ml of distilled water. (at 25℃/77℉ temperature) 3. Immerse the electrode into the pH 6.86 solution. 4. Press the "CAL" (calibration) button for 3 seconds and release -Display will start flashing 6.86 -Wait until the display stops flashing. Rinse the electrode with distilled water and dry it with filter paper. 5. Immerse the electrode in pH 4.00 solution, - Press "CAL" button for 3 seconds, then press and release immediately second time - Reading will start flashing 4.00 - Wait until display stops flashing Rinse and dry the electrode with distilled water as before. 6. Test calibration by inserting electrode into pH 9.18 buffer solution, gently swirl electrode until digital display stabilizes. Display should read between 9.16 and 9.20. (if necessary repeat calibration procedure)
