Electro Galvanized Sheet Metal Features:
1. Paintability
Level and broad surface of disc enables the coating surface to be broaden copied and to be sticked of zine evenly on the space. Especially, Phosphate treatment has excellent adhesion of paints and suitable for all the kind of painting & coating.
2. Formability
Coating amount is rather smaller than hot-dip coated steel sheet and less susceptible to the thermal effect during the manufacturing process, the product can hold the same level of characteristic as CR and formability.
3. Anti-Corrosion
Zinc is electrically adhered to the base metal and the layer of coating is very even, when it is exposed, the condensed surface of zinc carbonate is created, it has very unique durability, phosphate treated sheet and anti-finger printed sheet, and Cr-Free anti-fingerprint iron sheet has even better features.
4. Conductivity
Anti-fingerprint resin treatment ( without phosphate surface treatment, insulator) ensure the excellent electric conductivity, which has low resistance of below 0.1ms2.
5. Weldability
Zn coated iron sheet is widened under the pressure, and inferior to CR iron sheet in regards to the electrical conductivity and weldability, but it is easiest iron sheet of all for welding and make SPOT wenlding and SEAM welding possible.
