This welding positioner is kind of welding assistance equipment for welding process, which absorbs the advanced technology in China and foreign countries; the working table adopts motorized tilting with accurate and reliable positioning to make the workpiece at the best welding position. The working table rotation adopts AC motor, variable speed adjusting with large adjusting range and high precision. It can rotate as per the required welding speed, so that increase the welding seam quality more and more and reduce the working labor intension and improve the productivity.

• 1. Working table rotation motion
  The working table could rotate within its own plane for any direction, use the remote control box to control and realize the rotating forward, rotating backward, stop, working table tilting and resetting functions.
• 2. Rotation unit transmission process:
  Rotation motor → worm and gear reducer → working table rotation, because it uses worm and gear reducer, it has self-locking function, that means the working table will not rotate by itself when the working table be tilted and the loading eccentricity is not more than the rated range. The loading eccentricity distance is limited by the loading capacity.
• 3.Working table tilting motion:
  - The working table could do the tilting motion within angle range of 0～1200, it can stop or start at any position during this angle range. Because it uses the worm and gear reducer, which has self-lock function, under the rated loading range, the working table will not tilt by itself. The tilting angle limited position is controlled by limit switch.
  - The working table transmission is motor → worm and gear reducer → gear wheel transmission → working table tilting motion, the tilting speed is 0.5r/min, the height of loading gravity center is limited by the loading capacity.
  - Welding current conduction The carbon rod on the machine working table responsible for the welding current conduction, it uses the soft cable wire to contact with conduction part under the machine base.
• 4. Working table elevation: there are holes on the columns, use the bolts to fix the table at requested height.
