This equipment is composed by frame, work table, rotate unit, conductor unit, and electrical part.

• Frame and work table

  Frame is welded box structure. Work table is composed by table and six arms. Frame and arms are welded as per equal strength requirement and are stress released by heat treatment. There is scale with concentric circles, which can be referred when load on job.

• Rotate unit

  Rotate unit is between frame and table, composed by reducer, motor and slew bearing. Reducer is from China BONENG, ratio is 1200. Slew bearing is composed by single row balls. Rotate unit is driven by motor, speed down through reducer, slew bearing is driven by output gear, which can bring table rotating. Rotating speed is stepless variable between 0.02-0.2 rpm.

• Conductor unit

  the welding current is conducted by conductor unit behind table through cable to frame. Max can be 500A.

• Electrical part

  mainly composed by control cabinet and operation box. There are indications for alarm, power, re-position on control board. There are table forward/backword, speed adjust on operation box(remote box). All electrical components are from reputed brand.
