ZG Strip cutting machine is composed by T frame, longitudinal rail, longitudinal & transverse travel driving system, gas supply system, electrical control system, cutting torches and torch frame.

The longitudinal rail is precisely machined from steel rail. There is precisely machined rack at outside of rail. The longitudinal and transverse rail are both machined on precision grinder, to assure the cutting precision. Longitudinal movement is driven by AC motor through gear & rack to move frame on the longitudinal rail. Transverse movement is driven by AC motor through gear & rack to move on the transverse rail. Longitudinal & transverse movement are under AC speed adjust system, which has wide range and stable speed.

The torches for slitting are installed on the rail on the frame beam. They can move left or right on the rail and locked by manual. The torch height is adjusted by manual too. The transverse torch is installed on the backside of frame beam on the torch rack, it can lift by manual too.

Gas supply system is composed by gas adjust controller and pipe arrangement. Fuel and Oxygen are controlled through electromagnetic valve.
