Features
Polyurethane is an emerging organic polymer material, known as the “fifth plastic”, with good oil resistance, toughness, abrasion resistance and aging resistance. The polyurethane rollers used in our roller frames are cast from imported polyurethane. Compared with ordinary rubber, they have higher mechanical strength (2 to 3 times that of natural rubber), excellent abrasion resistance (5 to 10 times that of natural rubber), outstanding compression resistance, and high elasticity at high hardness (a characteristic not found in other rubbers), which makes them particularly suitable for welding wind tower production lines and stainless steel cylinders.
The roller bearings are spherical roller bearings, characterized by high load carrying capacity and impact resistance.
All shaft parts are tempered and gear parts are tempered and quenched.
The welded base is welded by plate and stress relieved treatment, which has enough strength to ensure long term use.
All shaft holes are processed by CNC boring machine, and the precision of transmission gears is grade 7 to ensure dimensional accuracy.
The electric control system consists of control box and hand control box. The control box and the active roller frame are separated by connecting power lines to avoid damage caused by operating errors; the connecting line between the control box and the hand control box adopts ultra-soft multi-core cables to ensure the safety of use.
