ISO Tank Container Rotation Machine
This automatic turnover rotating machine is specifically designed for rotating ISO tanks and standard containers to facilitate cleaning, repair, testing, fabrication, and maintenance operations.
Operation Principle
The tank or container is loaded onto the machine's seats. One circular frame moves along rails, positioning the container into the frame corners. Once all corners are securely fixed against the machine frame, the circular frames rotate via motor-driven chain and sprocket systems with self-locking functionality. Workers can stop rotation at any required position to perform maintenance tasks conveniently.
