The weld points are firm, without blackening and do not damage the base material.
- Laser cutting: Carbon steel ≤ 6mm, stainless steel ≤ 5mm, aluminum ≤ 3mm. The cutting surface has no burrs and does not blacken, and no grinding is required.
- Laser cleaning: Strong rust removal/oil removal/finish removal/oxidation layer removal, without damaging the base material, no consumables, and high efficiency.
- Weld seam cleaning: After welding, it directly produces a silvery white shiny surface, no need for grinding and polishing, and the appearance parts are completed in one step.
- Double the cladding rate: Dual wire feeding simultaneously, no collapse in large gaps/thick plates, more饱满 weld seams.
