The Jacketed kettle is a 2/3 tilting jacketed kettle with a variable speed mixing system and widely used in sauce making,candy, sugar,cake, juice, soup, milk, oil, sauce, meat, fish, vegetable, caned food, fruit, medicine etc. There are a scraper and agitator are assembled to the mixing system. Scraper is made of food grade PTFE and agitator are removable for cleaning .The heating source can be steam, electric(oil), or gas. 1. High quality food grade 304 stainless steel structure and stamping molding process,fully meet the requirements of the food hygiene.. 2.Multiple heating options, steam heating type, electric heated hot oil heating type, gas heating type and electric induction heating type. 3.Tilting type and fixed modes as options. 4.Product capacity from 100L to 600L, customized with agitator. 6 Compact structure for convenient operation and maintenance, long service life.
