500kg/H PP Waste Recycling and China Plastic Recycling Machines

This whole production line is used to crush, wash, dewater and dry PP/PE film, PP woven bags, either source from post-consumer or post-industrial. For example PE waste agriculture films,  waste packing films etc, PP woven bags for packing etc.

Our washing line features in the simple structure, easy operation, fully automatic, good performance, high capacity and low consumption etc. We believe our unique design will save much energy and labour for you and make high efficiency.  

Generally after the raw materials washed well and dry well, the PP PE scraps will get into the pelletizing line. The pelletizing line will process and pelletize the raw material to make it the nice qualified plastic pellets/resins for the next production. Either the material will be sold to the pellets market or to make the new films or bags for goods.

The main washing machines features:

A.Preshredder

Smart design and strong force to preshredd the bulk PE films and loose PP ton bags and woven bags to the size of 100-150mm. It will reduce the down stream working force.

B. Trommel

With the hole diameter 25mm it could remove the tones and sand mixed in the PP PE films and PP woven bags scraps. And in the end it will reduce the sand in the floating tank and save water.

C. Sand remover

Special design to reduce the sand in the raw materials. The rotation shaft and blades will remove the sand and bottom conveyer will discharge the sand out.

D. Special design crusher

Qualified crusher with special structure shaft and blades angle will process the PP PE films and bags and PP woven bags in great situation.

E.Horizontal Friction Washing

It is designed to effectively remove the sand and label stick on the films. Will add water to wash.

F.High speed friction washing

It is designed to remove the sand and the labels stick on the films. Will add water to wash.

G.Floating tank

It will float the raw material. And according to raw material situation, we may add the pneumatic valve to discharge the waste and sand. The design of the stainless steel chain to discharge waste to save the water.

H. Plastic squeezer dryer

It will be used in the raw material drying in the washing system. Effectively remove the water and keep the moisture within 5%. Will largely improve the quality of the next plastic pelletizing processing.
