Steel Structure Frame

A steel structure is a metal structure made of structural steel members that are connected to each other to carry loads and provide complete rigidity.

Hot-rolled H-section steel is an economical section high efficiency profile with more optimized cross-sectional area distribution and more reasonable strength-to-weight ratio. It is named H steel, because its cross-section as the English letter "H". Hot rolled H-section steel has the advantages of strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light weight. So now it has been widely applied in steel structure.

Roof and Wall Cladding System

Cladding system in steel structure construction plays an important part. It affects the whole building's energy consumption.

Steel sheet, which is the cheapest without any insulation.

EPS Sandwich Panel, which is good insulated but flammable.

Glass Fiber Sandwich Panel,which is with general insulation but non-flammable.

Rock Wool Sandwich Panel, which is with good insulation and is non-flammable.

Pu sandwich Panel , which is most expensive, with prefect insulation and non-flammable and waterproof.

Connecting Bolts

In the site installation, the steel structure components normally adopt bolt connection for the quick and easy processing. In order to meet the bolt connection requirements, the manufacture needs to make holes in the corresponding positions on the surface of the steel components. And the holes' position and dimension must meet the specification requirements. If the installation has trouble of unqualified holes on the site, it will needs the manufacturing rework. It will cause the extra economic losses.
