Pre-engineered steel buildings are buildings made of steel structures and fabricated and installed according to pre-specified architectural and technical drawings. The process of making finished products (with a combination of inspection and quality control steps) goes through 3 main stages: Design, Fabrication of components and Erection at the site. The entire steel structure can be produced synchronously and then delivered to the construction site in a relatively short time.
A steel structure is a metal structure made of structural steel members that are connected to each other to carry loads and provide complete rigidity. Hot-rolled H-section steel is an economical section high efficiency profile with more optimized cross-sectional area distribution and more reasonable strength-to-weight ratio.
Hot rolled H-section steel has the advantages of strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light weight. So now it has been widely applied in steel structure.
Cladding system in steel structure construction plays an important part. It affects the whole building's energy consumption. Options include:

- EPS Sandwich Panel - good insulation but flammable
- Glass Fiber Sandwich Panel - general insulation, non-flammable

In the site installation, the steel structure components normally adopt bolt connection for quick and easy processing. The manufacture makes precision holes in the corresponding positions on the surface of the steel components, with position and dimension meeting strict specification requirements to avoid costly rework.
