This test bench adopts closed oil tank structure, allowing to work in the dust environment, but users should pay attention to do regular cleaning of dust on the test bench, to ensure good heat dissipation of the hydraulic system and oil cleanliness.

IV: Installation instruction

1. After the arrival of this hydraulic system, check if everything is is within the requirements. if the test bench meet the designing request, and if there is any damage. Otherwise, contact the manufacturer directly.

• When each part of the hydraulic system is installed, make sure that the cover or wrap of every outside oil port do not fall off before matching hoses for this equipment, to avoid any pollution of this hydraulic system.

• After this hydraulic system is transported to the position for installation, fixed it firmly, to avoid any influence to the performance of this hydraulic system.

• After every part of this hydraulic system is at their

right position, match hoses for the hydraulic system according to the hydraulic operational drawing.

5.When doing the connection work, do not miss or damage any seal,

6. After finishing the installation, please connect the electric components according the wiring diagram.
