Function requirement: Maintenance test of hydraulic pump, high speed hydraulic motor, etc.

I. Test items

• Displacement test: no-load pressure test, discharge measurement.

• Testing of volume efficiency under rated operating conditions,

• Overload test: running for less than 1 minute under maximum displacement, or nominal speed, or rated pressure, or maximum pressure.

4. External leakage test: in the test above, check the leakage of the sealing parts.

II. Function and parameters of the test bench

• Driving mode: by electric motor , power 110kw+22KW+4KW+0.75KW
• Speed adjust mode: frequency control 0-1500r/min.
• Loading mode: Manual overflow valve and double-way loading, 35MPa. It is able to test duplex pump /tandem pump at same time.

• Display mode: digital displaying of temperature, speed, and flow; The pressure is displayed by the pressure meter.

5. Oil supply: self priming and forced oil supply.

6. Components tested: the test bench mainly tests open hydraulic pumps, double open pumps, closed pumps, and high speed hydraulic motor( same to pump test method), auxiliary hydraulic valves, and hydraulic oil cylinders, etc..

• The test bench is able to test both clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation;
• Forming and printing test report is available
• The test bench is with a oil filtering machine for the recovery of leakage oil
• 4 –layer oil suction and return filter is with alarm function.
• Volume of oil tank: 1.8 CBM
