All the three speed limit signs can be powered by DC 12V solar power or AC 220V from municipal power grid.
Maintenance can be back access or front access. it is negotiable and designed as per how and where the sign will be installed? if being fixed on a pole, you better choose front access, to help doing maintenance easily after installation. if you have some structure on a pole to hold the sign at four corners, back access is still a choice. we usually make back access cabinet without your special requirement.
